WAISOA welcomes and encourages new members who wish to be involved with officiating Collegiate Soccer. Please note that an application must contain all required parts to be considered. The written and physical tests will be completed at the annual renewal/new certification clinics held each year during the months of July and August but applications must be completed by August 1st to allow time for processing.

On this page you will find the list of documents that will help you through the process of applying for membership in the Washington Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association (WAISOA).  As Director of Membership I have prepared the below document to assist you in completing your application for membership.  The first step is to review the New Candidates Requirements document (below) to see if you have the necessary prerequisites for membership. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Incomplete or late applications will not be held.  All required information must accompany the application for it to be accepted.  If you forget to send a document your application may be return to you, the process of your application may be delayed, or your application may be refused.
